Dominic Roberts brings more than 25 years of recruitment, executive search and talent advisory experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.
He is the Director of People Solutions at Prosperity, leading a dedicated division spanning Recruitment, HR Consulting, Outsourced Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy and Leadership and Performance. "Based in Sydney, he works with clients nationally, with engagements delivered remotely or on site as each client requires."
Before joining Prosperity, Dominic built and led recruitment businesses in both the United Kingdom and Australia, founding and scaling multi sector practices from the ground up in each market before moving into a broader people solutions leadership role.
Dominic works with business leaders on the full range of workforce challenges, from securing a single senior hire through to building out a people function from scratch. He brings the right capability to each engagement, drawing on the division's specialists across HR, workforce planning and leadership development.
Working within Prosperity, Dominic can draw on the firm's broader advisory relationships, giving clients a people solutions partner who already understands their business, not just their vacancy.
