Prosperity is delighted to announce the appointment of Paula Tallon as Director of Taxation Services. Paula has over 25 years experience in the tax profession across large and mid-tier accounting firms as well as founding Gabelle LLP an award winning UK tax consultancy business.
Prior to joining Prosperity, Paula was a Partner at Markel Tax following its acquisition of Gabelle LLP where Paula advised clients across a range of sectors. Paula has a wide breadth of tax expertise with a particular emphasis on small and medium sized businesses and their owners. She advises on a range of taxes from income and capital gains tax to GST and stamp duty. She also advises on UK tax matters including tax residency, property ownership, in-bound and out-bound business structuring and HMRC filing obligations.
Paula’s extensive experience also includes being a sought-after speaker having delivered over 700 tax lectures in the past 10 years, being interviewed on TV and radio on topical tax issues as well as authoring a tax planning book (10 editions).
Paula said she is looking forward to the challenge of further developing Prosperity’s taxation services offering and said her decision to join Prosperity was driven by the opportunity to be a part of the firm’s growth and innovative business model.
