Award-winning accounting and financial advisory firm, Prosperity Advisers, is pleased to announce 22 promotions across the business, reflecting the firm's ongoing commitment to recognising talent and supporting career growth at every level.

Leading the announcement, Rocky Johnston (Brisbane, Financial Services) and Laura Balding (Newcastle, Business Services & Tax) have both been elevated to Associate Director, further strengthening the firm's leadership team. Both have built trusted client relationships and demonstrated the technical expertise and leadership that underpin Prosperity's continued growth.
In the Financial Services division, Adam Metcalfe has been promoted to Financial Adviser and Sandy Macleod to Associate Adviser, while John Mark Cumal has progressed to SMSF Supervisor. Each has shown a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals through personalised strategies and quality outcomes.
In Business Services and Tax, Catherine Marinov and Zubin Kaiser have been promoted to Manager. Basanta Chapagain, Mary Chio, Katrina Dewar, Regine De Guzman, Marjorie Viloria, Doris Bagtas and Kathleen Climaco have all advanced to Senior Accountant, with Aila Movilla and Elise Armour progressing to Intermediate. Dominic David has been promoted to Senior Bookkeeper. All have demonstrated strong technical expertise and client service excellence within their teams.
Across operations and client support, Ruth Dixon has been appointed Senior Operations & Governance Officer, Emma Street and Belinda Kent have been promoted to Senior Payroll Officer, Sue Devon to Senior Administration Assistant, and Lee-Anne Beshara to Personal Assistant.
